Jaime Allie Morse

Jaime Allie Morse currently serves as the Head of Operations at STEAM Academy and as an Investor at Oxford Angel Fund. With a robust background in strategy and business operations, Jaime held the position of Director, Strategy & Business Operations at Instacart from 2021 to 2023 and briefly led performance marketing for the Americas at Uber in 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of New Verticals at Postmates Inc. from 2017 to 2021, and leadership roles in business development and expansion at Bento for Business, and as Founder and CEO of Jumia House in West Africa. Jaime also held senior positions at Rocket Internet GmbH and St. James's Place Wealth Management Group, and has experience in communications with the Canadian National Committee for UN Women. Jaime's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Women's Studies: Global Politics and Gender from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Economics & Communications from McGill University.
