Daniel America-Gasse

Daniel America-Gasse is currently a Senior Brewer at Steam Whistle Brewing. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Taproom Server at Counterpart Brewing, where Daniel tailored beer flavors for guests and educated them on the brewing process. Before their time at Counterpart Brewing, Daniel worked as a Setup Team member at FOS Rental Group, a Loss Prevention Associate at Aritzia, a Sprinkler Designer at Fire & Life Safety America, and a Cast Member at Cineplex. Daniel holds a Diploma in Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management from Niagara College and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology/Technician from Seneca Polytechnic.
