David Jordan

David Jordan is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience spanning over four decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Advisor, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer at Steamboat Group since February 2019, David's previous roles include President and Chief Executive Officer at Vela Insurance Services from January 2009 to January 2019 and Chief Operating Officer at Lexington Insurance Company from 1999 to 2008. Additional positions held include Vice President at American International Group and various roles at Atlantic Mutual Companies and AIG. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Connecticut College, graduating in 1979.
