Lindsey Mikel

Lindsey Mikel is an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst at Steampunk, Inc. since April 2021, following a year of work as a subcontractor in development and administration. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as a Salesforce Developer at Revature from January 2020 to April 2021 after completing a comprehensive 10-week training program focused on Salesforce administration and development. Additional experience includes roles as a Barista at Starbucks and as a Team Member at Krispy Kreme, where responsibilities included customer service and training new employees. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2019, and attended Northeast State Community College from 2014 to 2016.
