James Tian has a strong background in claims management within the maritime industry. James currently serves as a Syndicate Manager Claims at Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd. Prior to this, James held roles such as Senior Claims Executive at The Swedish Club, Senior Manager at Hapag-Lloyd AG, and Claims Manager at The London P&I Club. James obtained their LL.M in International Maritime Law from Swansea University in 2011.
