Rachael Taylor

Rachael Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Rachael most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at Steamship Insurance Management Services Ltd since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Taylor Black Consulting Ltd as an HR Director from November 2015 to December 2020. Rachael has also held senior HR positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Fox International Channels (FIC), and Moore Stephens LLP, where they served as an HR Director for nine years. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at J&M Insurance Services (UK) Ltd and Sterling Hamilton Wright. Rachael began their HR career as a Personnel Officer at Lambeth County Council and as a Project Officer at The Industrial Society. Rachael has a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies, improving staff retention, reducing absenteeism, and managing various HR programs and initiatives.

Rachael Taylor completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Westminster from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended King Edwards VI from 1990 to 1992, but no degree or field of study was specified.
