At Pella Windows & Doors and Pella Corporation, Pam served as the Director of Human Resources & Customer Experience and HR Director respectively. Pam has a proven track record of working with senior management to conduct Human Resources planning and has expertise in recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, employee relations, and benefits administration. Pam is highly driven and enthusiastic, and they have successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives and established HR departments.
Pam Bjerke, SPHR, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Education from Bemidji State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2003, they achieved their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2022, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HRCI.
