Camile Fabri

Camile Fabri serves as the Coordenador de RH at Steck since March 2017, where responsibilities include structuring the compensation and benefits plan for business units across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia, aligning with the growth strategy and establishing a global compensation, bonus, and variable pay policy for sales. Previously, Camile held the positions of Supervisor de RH and HR Business Partner, managing a team across three business units in São Paulo. Prior experience includes working as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at SIL Fios e Cabos Elétricos, handling payroll, benefits, and employee reintegration, and as an Analista administrativo de RH at Instituto Brasileiro da Formação e Educação. Camile holds an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from UNG - Universidade de Guarulhos and a degree in Psicologia from Faculdades Integradas de Guarulhos.
