Mo Sabbagh, MSc, CCM, AC, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Steel Encounters, Inc. since July 2025, following a role as Director of Preconstruction at Enclos from April 2022 to June 2025. Prior experience includes positions at Clark Pacific as Sr. Preconstruction Manager & Estimating Manager, and Tender Leader/Pre-construction Manager at Permasteelisa North America, where responsibilities included reviewing bid documents and managing tender activities. Mo Sabbagh's earlier experience encompasses work as a preconstruction estimator at Contracting & Construction Enterprises and as a Project Engineer at Future Office for Engineering Design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University and ongoing Executive MBA studies at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additional certifications include OSHA 30 and EIT from NCEES.
