Mr. Jagetiya is Group Chief Financial Officer of Vishwa Samudra Group of Companies. He is part of the core management team of the Group and responsible for overall financial health of the Group balance sheet, its profitability and cashflow position, treasury, tax, secretarial, controllership, recording and reporting. He is also responsible for other key strategic decision making of the Vishwa Samudra Group of Companies. He has almost 27 years of rich experience in various facets of financial management. He started his career with Industrial Development Bank of India and subsequently, held senior positions in several large Corporations in India engaged in manufacturing and service sectors before joining the Vishwa Samudra Group. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant with a B.Com degree. He is also a Cost & Management Accountant.

Steel Exchange India Limited is engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of iron and steel products, and generation and sale of power. The Company's principal business activities include Rebars (TMT) manufacturing, power and Rebars (TMT) trading. The Company offers various products, which include TMT Bars, Sponge Iron, Steel Billet and Wire Drawing. The Company's business divisions include Trading Division, Steel Ingot Division, Wire Products Division and Integrated Steel Plant. The Trading division deals with a range of products from finished steel products to related items, including semis, coal, scrap, Sponge Iron, among others. The Steel Ingot Division manufactures ingots using sponge iron and scrap/pig iron. The Wire Products Division produces high carbon steel wire products.
