Brian R. Pfannes

Brian R. Pfannes, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at Walters Buildings. Brian R. then joined Metal Forms Corp. in 2006 and held the positions of Southeast US Sales Manager from 2006 to 2008, and Vice President of Operations from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to Steel King Industries, Inc. and started as their Director of Purchasing, a role they held until 2019 when they were promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain & Platform Products, and since 2023, they have been the President of Steel King Industries, Inc. Additionally, since 2023, Brian has been a member of the Roundtable Advisory Committee at MHI.

Brian R. Pfannes, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Lubar College of Business from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls between 2001 and 2004. In 1999 and 2000, they attended Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, where they studied International Business.

In addition to their formal education, Brian also holds several certifications. In January 2022, they obtained certification in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross. In May 2021, they completed the MIT Sloan Pricing: Using Data to Improve Pricing Performance course at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In May 2016, Brian obtained a certification from the Steel School at Nucor Corporation. Furthermore, they completed the Sales Advantage Course at Dale Carnegie Training in April 2005.
