Peterson Beyette has extensive experience in the manufacturing and food industries, currently serving as a Business Advisor and General Manager at Steel & O'Brien Manufacturing Inc. since August 2002, focusing on employee and customer retention in the sanitary and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to this role, Peterson was the Vice President of Operations at Hormel Foods from July 2001 to August 2002, where leadership involved managing cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, safety, and financial objectives.
