Maria Reda is currently the General Counsel & Secretary at Steel Partners Holdings since September 2017. Prior to that, Maria was an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from April 2014 to August 2017, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial law matters. Maria also worked as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP from September 2008 to April 2014. Maria has a LL.M from Duke University School of Law and a LL.B from Université de Montréal.
