Craig Garbutt

Craig Garbutt currently serves as the Head of Operations at Steel River Quay since January 2025. Prior to this role, Craig was the Head of Operations and Terminal Manager for Navigator Terminals from May 2019 to January 2025. Craig's earlier experience includes serving as the UK Operations Manager at Puma Energy and as the International Group Operations Manager for Horizon Terminals Limited at ENOC from 2010 to March 2017, where support was provided to a network of 10 terminals across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Craig also held the position of UK Operations & ICT Manager at Vopak UK and has a background in customer services and dangerous goods safety advisory roles at Tees Storage Company Limited. Craig Garbutt holds an MBA in Business Administration from Teesside University.
