Vanessa Smolenski is an experienced professional with a robust background in training, sales, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Training Manager at Steel Technologies since August 2010, Vanessa has progressed through various positions, including Training Coordinator and Inside Sales Account Manager for the Automotive division, where responsibilities included understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet expectations. Earlier roles included assisting in the coordination of major automotive programs and providing administrative support. Prior experience at Artful Home involved acting as an artwork specialist, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational tasks. Vanessa also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, fostering student learning in anthropology.
