Brodie Bertrand

Brodie Bertrand is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Steelcase since April 2024, Brodie previously held the position of Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs at Grainger, where leadership was provided to a team of 30 communication experts managing programs for 26,000 team members globally. Prior to Grainger, Brodie was with Aon in various leadership roles, contributing to major initiatives such as a global revenue-generating program and overseeing communications during significant acquisitions and divestitures. Additionally, Brodie played a pivotal role in strategic communications at Walgreens, leading efforts in change management and culture transformation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Brand Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MBA in International Business from Northern Illinois University, and a BS in Communication and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
