Claudia Rus is a seasoned professional in interior design and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Steelcase since August 2013. Claudia supports the growth of the education business across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Eastern Mediterranean regions. Previous roles at Steelcase include Senior Design Consultant, Workplace Design Manager, and Design Lead, where Claudia focused on delivering innovative workplace solutions, enhancing client experiences, and developing strategies aligned with global objectives. Prior to Steelcase, Claudia operated a freelance design studio and worked as a Senior Interior Designer at Salice Comprod, emphasizing custom furniture and meeting client needs. Claudia holds multiple degrees in design, including a Master’s in Interior Lighting and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Product Design, alongside an advanced English certificate from the University of Cambridge.
