Karen Hunter

Karen Hunter currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development for the Americas at Steelcase, where responsibilities include leading the Learning and Development team and aligning global learning strategies with business goals. Previously, Karen held various roles at Apollo Education Group for nearly 18 years, including Training & Development Specialist and Operations Training Specialist, where significant contributions included enhancing training processes, managing large teams of facilitators, and driving engagement in faculty development initiatives. Karen's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University, a M.A. Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
