Maite Sabaté

Maite Sabaté has extensive experience in architecture and design, currently serving as the Workplace Strategic Design & Build Director and responsible for the Diseño y Arquitectura team at Steelcase since June 2014. Previously, Maite worked as an independent architect and held positions at various firms, including Proteyco Ibérica, S.A., where responsibilities included structural calculations for hospital and commercial projects, and at Zurainar S.L., coordinating projects for public housing. Education includes a Master's in Building Structures and a degree in Architecture from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Throughout the career, Maite has collaborated on numerous architectural and structural projects, demonstrating a strong expertise in workspace design and structural engineering.
