Tasha Merkle

Tasha Merkle is a skilled digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing Leader for Global Social Media at Steelcase since January 2022. In this role, Tasha has developed and executed comprehensive recruitment marketing and communications programs, enhancing employer brand awareness and improving candidate experience to attract and retain talent. Prior to this, Tasha held the position of Director of Communications at the Naval Postgraduate School Foundation from March 2009 to April 2012. Tasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Miami University and a Master of Arts in Communications and Leadership Studies, specializing in Business/Corporate Communications, from Gonzaga University.
