Kristen Hastings, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Marketing at The Original Mattress Factory, Kristen leads brand strategy and creative teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns for over 120 locations, while also optimizing product mix and overseeing vendor selection. Previous roles include Brand Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company and Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, where Kristen was responsible for substantial annual sales and budget management for the Nutrish brand. Kristen's background also features significant contributions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Renegade Brands, TTI Floor Care North America, and early career experience in radio promotions. Kristen holds a Master's in Business from Kent State University and a Bachelor's in Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
