Alessandro Caprara has over 20 years of experience in various technical and managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Alessandro is currently the Chief Technical Officer at Steelco Group, where they oversee technical operations. Prior to this, Alessandro held the position of General Manager at Icos, a subsidiary of Steelco Group. Alessandro also served as the Head of In-Plant Business and Global Engineering Manager at COROB. Alessandro has extensive experience in the packaging sector, with leadership roles at KOSME s.r.l., MBF S.p.A., Sidel, OCME, and SIG Combibloc. Alessandro'sexpertise includes business development, operations management, and product management.

Alessandro Caprara completed their education in Mechanical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova from 1993 to 2000. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Innovation Management from RINA.
