Giorgia Berno

Giorgia Berno has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving in the sales office and spare parts department at Steelco SpA since January 2018. Concurrently, Giorgia has been a cashier and assistant cook at Pizzeria Duchessa since January 2013, where responsibilities include managing orders, customer service, staff scheduling, and training new employees. Previous experience includes an internship at Panda Edizioni in early 2017, focusing on manuscript evaluation, proofreading, editing, translation, and inventory management. Additionally, an internship at Libreria Mondadori Torre di Libri s.r.l. in the summer of 2014 involved bookshop management, order processing, and release selection. Giorgia holds a Master's degree in European, American, and Postcolonial Language and Literature with a focus on English Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Languages, Civilisations, and the Science of Language, both from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
