Lidia Kalinowska

Lidia Kalinowska has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lidia started their most recent position as a Project Manager at SteelEye in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Caplin Systems starting in March 2022. From November 2020 to March 2022, they served as a Technical Project Manager at Pearson.

Before their role at Pearson, Lidia worked at Pearson College London, where they held the position of Project Manager from October 2018 to November 2020 and Student Experience Manager from May 2017 to October 2018.

Earlier in their career, Lidia was a Student Support Officer at Escape Studios from December 2015 to May 2017. Lidia also worked as a Demand Planning Co-ordinator at Bibendum Wine Ltd for a short period from July 2015 to December 2015.

In addition, Lidia gained valuable experience as a Corporate Communications Intern at Hertfordshire County Council from September 2013 to May 2015.

Lidia Kalinowska completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration with a first-class honors at the University of Hertfordshire from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. Lidia became an Associated Professional Member (APM) at the Association for Project Management in May 2019. In March 2018, they received certification as an Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG International. Lidia also completed First Aid at Work training from St.John Ambulance First Aid industry training & Health in April 2016. Their most recent certification is the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management, which they obtained in January 2020.
