Tom Scott

Tom Scott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tom is currently the Global Head of Data Integration & Client Onboarding at SteelEye, a regulatory compliance technology and data analytics firm. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at SteelEye, where they played a role in the development of the company's secure data storage platform and analytics tools.

Before joining SteelEye, Tom worked at Legal & General Investment Management as an Investment Attribution analyst. Tom'sresponsibilities included delivering performance attribution reports and using VBA and SQL for process improvements.

Tom has also worked at Fidelity International in multiple roles, including Assistant Manager in Fair Value Markets and Derivatives Pricing, Senior Analyst in Trade Settlements (Derivatives), and Cash Reconciliations Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in tasks such as applying fair value adjustments, streamlining processes, daily pricing of derivatives, ownership of the collateral process, and cash and security reconciliations.

Tom has also volunteered at TourAid Charity and gained work experience at Rabobank, Standard Life, and J.P. Morgan earlier in their career.

Tom Scott started their education at Lincoln School from 1999 to 2001. After that, they attended Cranleigh School from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Maths (A), Economics (B), and Chemistry (C). Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a BEng in Engineering Business Management at the University of Warwick. Additionally, they obtained the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from the CFA Institute in November 2012 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in June 2016.
