Candice Flanders

Candice Flanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Candice currently works as an Office Manager at Steelhead Composites since 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Arrow Electronics for 7+ years, starting in 2013 as a Collections Team Lead. During their time at Arrow Electronics, Candice fulfilled various roles, including supporting company acquisitions and handling high-level Accounts Payable (AP) issues.

Before Arrow Electronics, Candice worked at Johns Manville as a Collections Specialist from 2009 to 2013, where they were responsible for monitoring accounts, making collections calls, and addressing payment issues.

Earlier in their career, they worked at CAE as a Planner/Scheduler from 2005 to 2008. Here, they organized and trained employees on a new scheduling system and worked on system improvements.

Candice also worked at Frontier Airlines as a Senior Crew Scheduler from 2003 to 2005, overseeing operational activities and scheduling team members to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.

Candice'searliest experience was at Northwest Airlines, where they were a Crew Scheduling Controller from 1998 to 2003. In this role, they researched and proposed new recommendations on crew utilization and scheduling, and effectively managed multiple projects during periods of airline shutdowns.

Throughout their career, Candice has demonstrated strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills in their various roles.

Candice Flanders obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management & Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.

Later, in 2012, they enrolled in Regis University to pursue an MBA. The end year for this degree is not specified, indicating that they are still working towards completing their MBA at Regis University.

In terms of additional certifications, Candice earned the HIPAA Privacy and Security Training certification from TRUE Network Advisors in May 2023. Candice also became Corporate Trainer Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2023.
