Currently, Karen is the Customer Service Manager and Tele-marketing Team Leader at Steelite International, where Karen has successfully created a new team to generate sales leads and meet company targets. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Team Manager at RWE npower, where Karen motivated their team to achieve high standards and KPI targets. Karen also has previous experience in customer services at Toys R Us and as an Office Assistant at Ashley Transport. Karen attended Carmountside High School from 1980 to 1984.
