Maria D. Toler

Maria D. Toler has a diverse work experience. Maria D. is the Founding and Managing Partner of SteelSky Ventures, an investment firm focused on women's healthcare. Maria D. is also a Member of Pipeline Angels, an organization that provides funding for women and non-binary social entrepreneurs. Maria is a NJ Charter Member of Golden Seeds, an investment group that supports companies with female founders. Additionally, they have held various roles in marketing and product development at Schweiger Dermatology Group. Prior to that, Maria founded and served as CEO of La Voila Beauty LLC, a beauty outsourcing service. Maria D. also has experience in international marketing consulting and brand strategy with companies like EMM Group, Siegel+Gale, and Kraft Foods Group. Maria began their career as a Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked on projects for the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center.

Maria D. Toler holds an MBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business. Maria D. also obtained a BS degree in Information Systems from Wake Forest University. Additionally, they completed the US House of Representatives Page School. Maria has additional certifications including VC Unlocked from Stanford University in 2019 and Series 7/63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in 2018.
