Victoria Staite

Victoria Staite is currently working at Steeped Tea as the Marketing Director. Prior to this role, they were the Marketing Manager at the same company. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Shared Services West, where they held various positions including Manager, Business Intelligence, Team Lead, Business Analytics, and Senior Business Analyst. In 2015, they were a Business Analyst - MBA Co-Op at Shared Services West. Victoria also worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at PepsiCo in 2014 and as a Strategy & Project Management Associate at Trillium Health Partners in the same year. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Bay Area Research Logistics as a Logistics and Administration Assistant. In 2010, they started their career as a Research Assistant at McMaster University Motor Behaviour Lab, where they received a research grant and co-authored a published research article.

Victoria Staite completed an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at McMaster University from 2009 to 2013. Victoria then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a co-op program at McMaster University from 2013 to 2015.
