Erik Lepke is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at Steer since January 2025, Erik previously held the position of VP Finance at Aquant from May 2022 to December 2024, where the focus was on leveraging AI for field and customer service solutions. Prior to that, Erik was VP Finance at Profitero, a global provider of e-commerce analytics software, from January 2017 until its acquisition by Publicis Groupe in April 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Acquisition Integration Lead at Nielsen and Finance Director at Affinnova, Inc., which was also acquired by Nielsen. Erik began their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from INSEAD.
