Ajay Bhasin

Ajay Bhasin currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Steer, overseeing the HR functions across multiple subsidiaries and international operations since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ajay was the Head of HR for the Instant Coffee Division at Tata Coffee, focusing on strategic workforce management and productivity optimization from March 2017 to December 2023. Ajay's extensive HR experience includes leading the Total Rewards and HR Operations at Britannia Industries, as well as HR management roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, and Panacea Biotec, where Ajay was pivotal in implementing HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement. Ajay holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in HR and a Post Graduate Certification in Senior Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur.
