Massimiliano Gallo has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. Massimiliano started their career in 1995 as a Receptioniste/Concierge at L'Albereta Relais & Châteaux. In 2000, they became a Shift Leader at Le Bristol Paris. In 2005, they joined FASTBOOKING as a Senior Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager. In 2011, they were appointed Regional Director of Sales at Sabre Hospitality. In 2012, they became a Territory Manager France & Benelux at TripAdvisor. In 2017, they founded groupeezy.com. In 2019, they joined Mirai as Global Partnership Director and Senior Business Development Manager. Currently, they are the Business Development Director at STEERFOX.

Massimiliano Gallo completed their education at Istituto Tecnico Per Il Turismo G. Leopardi from 1987 to 1991, studying Tourism. Massimiliano has also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn and Cornell University - "Le top 10 des outils pour gérer les réseaux sociaux" in March 2017 and "Marketing the Hospitality Brand through New Media: Social, Mobile & Search" in March 2013.
