Katrina Mulholland has a strong background in human resources and people development. Katrina currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Steeves & Rozema Group since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amica Senior Lifestyles where they served as the Senior Director of People Development from January 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they held the role of Director of People Development from March 2018 to December 2020 and Human Resources Manager for Leadership Development & Talent Management from April 2013 to March 2018. During their time at Sobeys, they were responsible for various recruitment tasks such as conducting interviews, developing recruitment guides, coordinating candidate testing, and providing guidance to managers during the selection process.

Katrina Mulholland pursued their education by first enrolling at Carleton University from 2004 to 2012. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law & Psychology. Additionally, between 2005 and 2007, Katrina attended the University of Guelph, where they earned a Human Resources Management Diploma with a focus on Human Resources Management.
