Nakle Awad

Nakle Awad is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background in IT and business operations. Currently serving as a Deskside Support Technician at Stefanini Group since November 2021, Nakle provides technical support and training for computer systems, including troubleshooting for printers and e-ticketing at Nike GXO. Prior experience includes a role as a System Support Specialist at WORLD CLASS DISTRIBUTION, INC, focusing on warehouse computer systems and hardware maintenance, as well as owning and operating Push it RIGHT Media, offering consulting and web development services. Earlier positions included programming and administrative coordination at Harbortouch and an internship in social media marketing at DAY Vision Marketing, Inc. Nakle holds an Associate’s Degree in PC Specialized Networking Technologies from Lincoln Tech and a high school diploma with a focus on Information Technology from Louis E. Dieruff High School.
