Loyd Arthur

Loyd Arthur is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support, hardware management, and network infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Deskside Support Technician at FlightSafety International since January 2021, Loyd manages a site with over 300 end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while maintaining training classrooms for pilots globally. Previously, as a Lead Hardware Refresh Engineer at Chase, Loyd directed a team in replacing over 22,000 pieces of hardware, ensuring minimal downtime across branches in the United States. Additional roles include senior desktop engineering at Teleperformance, IT helpdesk support, and various technical positions focusing on hardware and software solutions.
