Henrik Hassel

Henrik Hassel is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Stegra since March 2022, specializing in commercial contracts, infrastructure, outsourcing, debt and equity financing, and general corporate law. Prior to this role, Henrik worked as an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling from January 2018 to March 2022, focusing on private M&A and public M&A along with Equity Capital Markets. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Embassy of Sweden where Henrik wrote political and economic reports and organized events, and summer associate positions at Hamilton Advokatbyrå and Baker McKenzie, where legal research and assistance in corporate and insolvency matters were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Henrik has held various leadership roles during university, including Team Leader for study abroad promotion at Uppsala University, and served as President of the European Law Students' Association. Henrik holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Uppsala University and has pursued further education in Spanish and business leadership.
