Derek Goodlin

Derek Goodlin is the current President at Stein & Associates. Derek has held various positions throughout their career, including Director, Fluid Products at BorgWarner, Materials Manager / Business Unit Manager at Cooper Industries, and Manufacturing Engineer at FMC.

Derek began their career in 1991 as an engineering intern at FMC in Homer City, PA. Derek then interned at their Stephenville, TX location before being promoted to Manufacturing Engineer in 1992. In 1994, they began working for Cooper Industries as a Materials Manager. Derek was promoted to Business Unit Manager in 1996 and remained in that position until 1998 when they left to join BorgWarner as their Director, Fluid Products. Derek held that position until 2006 when they left to join Stein LTC Group. In 2009, they became the President of Stein & Associates.
