Lindsey specializes in various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Prenatal, and has also established Eventful Yoga, a personalized service for special events. Prior to a focus on yoga, Lindsey practiced as a paralegal for several law firms from 2006 to 2016, managing significant caseloads and providing litigation support.
