Steve Sosa

Steve Sosa is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in healthcare administration. They have successfully led multiple facilities, achieving significant milestones including a bronze award from the American Health Care Association in 2018 and transforming an organization from a one-star to a four-star rating from CMS. Passionate about providing outstanding patient services, Steve created a secured memory unit and a COVID unit, optimizing patient care and increasing census capacity. They hold a Master of Science in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to building cohesive teams and improving operational efficiency. Currently, Steve serves as Executive Director at Stein LTC and Interim Administrator at North Runnels Hospital.
