Stacey McLeish

Stacey McLeish has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Steinbach Credit Union. Prior to that, they worked at StandardAero for a significant amount of time, where they held various roles. Stacey served as the Vice President of Human Resources and was responsible for overseeing all HR functions for the largest division of the company. Stacey also acted as the site leader for the company's largest site in Winnipeg, MB. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of the Integration Management Office, leading M&A integration efforts for a global acquisition. In previous roles, they led human resources for functional groups, business units, and international HR, and was also responsible for compensation design and administration. Stacey started their career at StandardAero as a Coordinator in Staffing & Employee Relations and subsequently held roles as an Administrator in HRIS, Payroll, and Human Resources.

Stacey McLeish pursued their Bachelor of Commerce - Honors degree in Human Resource Management and International Business from the University of Manitoba, which they completed between 1992 and 1998. Later in their education journey, in 2011, they enrolled in the Executive Human Resources Program at Queen's University. The field of study for this program is not specified.
