Douglas Beth

Douglas Beth has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Douglas started their career as a General Manager at Darden Restaurants, where they successfully managed a $3 million operation and a staff of 210. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at Randstad before moving on to become the Senior Human Resources Manager at Briggs & Stratton. In this role, they were responsible for all human resources functions for four facilities with over 600 employees. Douglas then joined Perfect Timing, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they renovated the Human Resources department and established a compliant program. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stein Garden Centers, Inc.

Douglas Beth attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
