Janž Krofel

Jan Hlavica is an experienced investor and venture capital professional with a strong background in startups and technology. As a co-founder and investor at Twiner.cz from May 2017 to November 2020, Jan played a key role in developing a service aimed at enhancing human interactions through life-shadowing. Jan served as a board observer for Runecast Solutions between December 2018 and March 2020, attending board meetings appointed by a VC investment firm. At OPIFER Ventures, Jan held the positions of Associate from March 2018 to March 2020 and Analyst from January 2017 to July 2017, managing projects related to partnerships, investments, startup scouting, and portfolio company management. Jan's early career included a position as a Facility Attendant at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. Jan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, earned between 2015 and 2017, and also attended VSB - Technical University of Ostrava from 2014 to 2015.
