Paul Simon

Paul Simon began their work experience in 2004 at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP / S.E.N.C.R.L., S.R.L., where they started as an Associate and eventually became a Partner. During their time there, they specialized in advising public and private companies on business combination transactions, corporate finance transactions, and corporate governance. Paul worked in this role until August 2017, when they transitioned to their current position as General Counsel at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada.

Paul Simon attended McMaster University from 1996 to 2000, studying Commerce. Paul then went on to Queen's University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Law.
