Ben Okuka

Ben Okuka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management, business consulting, and program coordination.

Starting in 1999, they worked as a Kaizen Program Coordinator at I I Stanley Co., Inc., where they successfully implemented a new program and achieved significant cost savings for the company.

From 2000 to 2002, Ben served as a Sales Consultant at Core Technology, where they established relationships with Fortune 1000 international companies and government agencies, selling web integration tools.

In 2003, they joined VML as a Requirements Analyst, working with clients such as Kellogg's, Dupont, Eaton, Zimmer, and Pfizer to develop and translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications.

From 2004 to 2006, Ben worked as a Consultant at Logica, assigned to Ford Motor Company. Ben managed and analyzed multi-million-dollar web-based applications and contributed to the creation of project plans, use cases, and other artifacts.

At Infor, Ben started as a Senior Business Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Lead Business Analyst, overseeing requirements management for the organization's B2B order management suite of applications from 2006 to 2010.

Moving on to Perficient in 2010, Ben took on the role of Lead Business Consultant. During their time there, they led digital experience engagements for Comerica and Ford Motor Company, specifically focusing on digitizing the vehicle purchase experience.

From 2017 to 2021, Ben worked at FordDirect, starting as a Product Director for Digital Retail Experience and later transitioning to Director of Product Management for OEM and Dealer Websites. In these roles, they led the delivery of Ford Motor Company's digital experiences portfolio and provided program leadership for the Ready. Shop. Go. initiative.

Most recently, Ben joined Rocket Auto in 2021 as the Director of Digital Product Management, overseeing the development and management of digital products.

In 2022, Ben became the Head of Product at STELLA Automotive AI, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Ben Okuka has a diverse education history. Ben obtained an MBA degree in Management & Management Information System from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Middle East University - Lebanon, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they completed an Associate's Degree in Computer Science at Middle East University - Lebanon from 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Ben Okuka obtained the PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in December 2020.
