Catherine McCarthy has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on innovation and brand strategy. Catherine is currently the Vice President of Innovation at Stella & Chewy's, where they are responsible for developing and executing a multi-year new product development roadmap. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Honest Kitchen.

Catherine also has extensive experience in insights development and global brand research, having worked as a Senior Director of Global Insights & Innovation at WellPet, LLC. In this role, they shaped and managed the long-range global innovation pipeline for a five-brand portfolio.

Before joining WellPet, LLC, Catherine worked at Sterling-Rice Group as an Associate Consultant, providing strategic consulting services to clients in various industries. Catherine also worked at Telluride Publishing as the Manager of Account Services.

Catherine McCarthy earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Integrated Marketing Communication/Brand Strategy at the University of Colorado Boulder, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
