Changsoon Choi

Changsoon Choi is an experienced telecommunications professional with expertise in network intelligence and innovation, particularly in AI-enabled solutions for 5G and future 6G networks. At Deutsche Telekom, responsibilities included driving AI-driven network transformation as Vice President and Head of NW Intelligence and Innovation Tribe, along with managing 5G infrastructure and service differentiation as Vice President and Head of NW Service Differentiation and Convergence Tribe. Prior experience at SK Telecom involved leading 5G research and development for Korea's first commercial 5G launch, while work at NTT DOCOMO focused on advanced techniques for LTE-Advanced systems. Changsoon Choi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yonsei University and an MBA from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
