Harley Flack is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction, healthcare, and financial sectors. As President and CEO of Stella May Contracting, Inc. since May 2014, Harley has led strategic growth for a premier heavy civil construction company specializing in underground utility construction. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Opulent Home Healthcare, CloudRig, AggDirect, Gambit Holdings, and the Greater Baltimore Committee, as well as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Sandy Spring Bank and Baltimore Gas and Electric. Harley is also the Founder and CEO of FlackVentures Incorporated, focusing on management consulting and workforce solutions. Harley's diverse background is supported by education from Howard University, University of Maryland Global Campus, and the University of New England.
