Andrew Reese

Andrew Reese is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Stella Power Co. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at ARM Group, including Practice Area Leader and Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energy from February 2022 to October 2025, and served as Senior Project Manager and Senior Scientist in the same field. Previous experience includes a tenure at Barton & Loguidice as Senior Engineer and Senior Environmental Scientist & Civil/Environmental Project Manager from September 2018 to April 2023, and a role at Frederick, Seibert & Associates, Inc. as Project Manager and Environmental Specialist from January 2014 to September 2018. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Juniata College, completed in 2011.
