Sean Hughes

Sean Hughes is an experienced senior executive currently serving as President of STELLA SOURCE since June 2022, leading all functions of a B2B SaaS startup focused on optimizing the metals buying and selling process. Prior to this role, Sean held various leadership positions at S&P Global Ratings, including Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Product Management, with extensive experience in product management, workflow, analytics, and lean management coaching. Sean's career also includes roles at ShoreBank and the Wildlife Conservation Society, along with a solid educational background featuring an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and master's degrees from the University of North Carolina and the University of Mississippi, complemented by a BA in English from Kenyon College.
