Kendall Hudson

Kendall Hudson has extensive work experience in various management and executive roles. Kendall began their career as the Director of Engineering at Spiveco, Inc., where they managed engineering teams and oversaw automation projects. Hudson then worked as a Consultant at K.L. Hudson Consulting, providing project management and management consulting services, as well as internet and information systems services.

Kendall went on to join FILTEC as the Director of Operations, where they reorganized operations, implemented a new ERP system, and improved on-time machine shipments. Kendall later served as the Worldwide Director of Information Systems, where they were responsible for managing the corporate headquarters, subsidiaries, and distributors, and leading a supply chain initiative.

Following this, Hudson became the Vice President of Operations at FILTEC, where they reworked the manufacturing organization and supply chain, developed sales and operations planning systems, and implemented cash management reporting. Kendall also served as the Vice President of Business Operations, where they increased on-time delivery and implemented cost-saving measures.

Hudson then joined K.L. Hudson Consulting as an Executive Consultant, providing expert-level consulting in various areas, including operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and process optimization. Kendall also served as an interim VP of Operations for a personal care products company, where they successfully brought an automated manufacturing line online and increased production capacity.

Most recently, Hudson worked at NSI-MI Technologies, first as the Senior Director of Manufacturing and then as the Director of Manufacturing (Business Unit). In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and facility operations. Kendall implemented forecasting and evaluation systems, and played a key role in post-purchase integration with AMETEK practices.

Currently, Hudson is a Senior Manager of Operations Management at Stellant Systems, Inc.

Kendall Hudson's education history includes studying Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and the Los Angeles Community College District. Kendall also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Kendall earned a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix.

In terms of certifications, Kendall holds a Certified Kaizen Facilitator certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
